Meetings
Our meetings are most Tuesdays from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the Langston Hughes Middle School cafeteria, throughout the school year.
On the last Tuesday of the month, with some exceptions, only the Patrol Leadership Council (Scouts with leadership roles) meet to plan upcoming meetings, and the rest of the Scouts get the week off.
We also have merit badge nights built in approximately monthly which allows Scouts to work with merit badge counselors on various badges.
Activities
We have a campout or event every month, September - June.
July and August are typically when some of our scouts embark on High Adventure scouting activities.

District camporee
SERVICE
Eagle projects (throughout the year)
Reston Triathlon (annually)
Back to school nights (annually)
Other civic and community service projects (e.g., Scouting for Food, Reston Holiday Parade, Wreaths Across America, SVES Basketball Challenge, etc.)
SUMMER
Week-long scout summer camp
Troop 1313 typically signs up for one of Scoutings very popular High Adventure trips each year.
