Scouts and adults must submit Parts A & B of the Scouting America Medical Form for any overnight event. Part C, which must be filled out by a physician, is required for any event longer than 72 hours in duration. That’s generally summer camp, and high adventure trips for older scouts. This form must be completed each year.

Those attending a campout/event must turn in a signed permission form which will be sent out in advance of each campout.

ScoutBook is part of the Scouting America site. It is where our Troop calendar sits (which you can link to your personal calendar), our advancement information for each Scout is maintained, etc. Parents will be able to create a login and can then authorize scouts to have their own login too so that you can see troop information and track advancement.
